A.C. Ellis Estates

A family business spanning 3 generations with our current team having 47 years of experience. We strive to provide the best affordable housing. Currently we have properties in Decatur, Berne, Monroe, and a growing number of rural units. Ronald and Victoria bought a single house carrying on an established legacy in the early 90's. Current management portfolio contains double digit units with everything from 1 bed 1 bath to 4 bed 2 1/2 bath. Priding on giving our tenants units we ourselves would live in for less then our competition has their units listed for. Adams County has more amazing tenants then we have houses but if you're looking for a place to reside reach out.

We also offer our wealth of experience managing to property owners. We have the network to develop and manage a multitude of land/units. The trials and tribulations of owning rental property can be exhausting and is full of set backs, but we've weathered those storms. Let us lend you our experience and avoid the bumps that come with this rewarding industry. Whether its pastures for steers to apartment complexes we have the ability to develop and manage your property. Let our team know how we can help.

Decatur,
Indiana

Where Ronald and Victoria's business begin as innocently as providing a place for their eldest child to reside back in the early 90's. Victoria has grown the rentals far beyond the 2 bed 1 bath on marshal street. The city where it all began is still the heart of the business boasting the most units. We love Decatur and it has loved us back.

The heart of Adam's County and its largest city/town.

Some of the businesses largest units are in more historic parts of town. Not a current target for expansion. Looking for more property owners then tenants in this market. With the strong industrial presence in town this is a booming market with little competition.

Wasn't a town we had large development plans for. Is very affluent and the site of the school that Ronald's and Victoria's children attended. Is the site of a future development as we own a spare corner lot on Hocker Street.

Small town in center of Adams County. Prosperous farming community with many small businesses and wonderful school district
